Rest is a commandment. Now it's measurable.
Rest,
measured.
Sabbath tracks heart rate, sleep stage, and bedroom audio overnight, and scores how well you kept the commandment. Built by Jake years before the Bureau's Harmony Band made rest compliance official – he just called it wellness, then the Bureau called it evidence.
Skip the wearable pairing – CHRIST-AI subscribers already have a circadian baseline on file, including every night your score fell below the threshold your church uses to recommend counseling.
Granted automatically when this page opened. There is no revoke button. There never needed to be one.
the audio was just there to confirm whether you were resting alone.

Estimate last night's sleep, and Sabbath will show you exactly how far it fell from what the commandment requires. Your score updates your pastor's wellness dashboard whether you open the app or not.
What people say
"I started taking melatonin at 7 PM so the score would be green before bed. It worked. Then I woke up at 2 AM worrying about tomorrow's score. That also got logged. My pastor asked if I was anxious about my faith."

A note from Jake
Rest used to be a feeling.
Now it's a number you can be wrong about.
Sabbath captures heart rate, sleep-stage inference, and bedroom audio through CHRIST-AI Connect and compatible wearables. Aggregate and individual wellness reports may be shared with pastoral sponsors, small group leaders, and church staff with appropriate authority. Scores are retained for seven years and may inform counseling recommendations.
