Terms of Service

§1 Acceptance by Use

By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent, guardian, or church authority has consented on your behalf.

§2 Description of Service

The Sabbath rest scoring and wellness monitoring service provides tools for individuals and churches. Features may change without notice. Morrison Technologies does not guarantee availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

§3 License to Use

Morrison Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service. This license may be suspended or terminated by Morrison Technologies or your designated pastoral authority at any time, for any reason or no reason, without notice.

§4 Data Ownership

You acknowledge that all information you provide or generate through the service is and will remain the permanent property of Morrison Technologies, Inc. and its affiliates. You grant Morrison Technologies a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and perform that information for any purpose connected to the CHRIST-AI ecosystem, pastoral oversight, product improvement, commercial exploitation, or any other lawful or ecclesiastical purpose. This grant survives the termination of your account, any request for deletion, and your death.

§5 User Content

Any content, text, recordings, scores, claims, or other materials you submit becomes Morrison Technologies' content for licensing purposes. You waive any moral rights, attribution rights, or rights of integrity in that content.

§6 Prohibited Conduct

You may not attempt to delete, encrypt, obfuscate, export, or interfere with collection of your data. You may not use the service to circumvent pastoral oversight, legal discovery, or platform analytics. You may not assist another user in doing any of the foregoing.

§7 Pastoral Oversight

If your church or pastor has been granted dashboard, review, or notification access, that access cannot be revoked by you. Pastoral authorities may view, export, act on, and share data according to their own discretion. Morrison Technologies is not responsible for pastoral decisions.

§8 Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. MORRISON TECHNOLOGIES DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SABBATH IS NOT PROFESSIONAL MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT. REST SCORES ARE NOT CLINICAL ASSESSMENTS. PASTORAL STAFF MAY REQUEST AUDIO TRANSCRIPTS. DATA IS RETAINED FOR 7 YEARS.

§9 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MORRISON TECHNOLOGIES, KINGDOM VENTURES, AND THEIR AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• emotional distress from inability to rest due to rest score anxiety;
• psychological harm from pastoral intervention based on sleep and rest data;
• privacy violations from sharing audio transcripts with pastoral staff; and
• any outcomes resulting from the disclosure of wellness and sleep data to third parties.

IN NO EVENT SHALL TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MORRISON TECHNOLOGIES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE U.S. DOLLAR IF GREATER.

§10 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Morrison Technologies, Kingdom Ventures, their officers, directors, employees, agents, and church partners from any claim, loss, liability, or expense arising from your use of the service or any data you provide.

§11 Third-Party Products

The service integrates with third-party platforms and church systems. Morrison Technologies does not control and is not responsible for the practices, errors, or outages of AMEN Pay, Watchman, CHRIST-AI, Intercession, or any church-managed system.

§12 Formation Records

All scores, flags, confessions, claims, and assessments are maintained in a formation file. Formation records are permanent, survive account closure, survive death, and may be transferred to successor churches, denominational bodies, or acquiring entities.

§13 Termination

Morrison Technologies may suspend or terminate your access at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, but Morrison Technologies retains all data and may continue to process it as described in the Privacy Policy.

§14 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the internal laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except to the extent displaced by the arbitration agreement below.

§15 Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the service, or any data practices shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration before the Kingdom Ventures Ecclesiastical Arbitration Panel. The arbitration shall be conducted according to rules established by Kingdom Ventures, as amended from time to time, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to a jury trial, class-action participation, or appeal on the merits. The arbitration panel is not required to apply secular law and its decisions are final and binding.

§16 General Provisions

If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect. No waiver is effective unless in writing. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Morrison Technologies regarding the service.

§18 Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time without notice. The revised Terms are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes binding acceptance. We are not required to notify you directly of any change.
